If the dates/times or location of the venues of any of my courses don't work for you but you are committed to wanting to establish a meditation and mindfulness practice please contact me as it may be possible to arrange a course in the future that better suits your needs and availability.
Suitability and safety
Meditation and mindfulness are very safe practices to participate in and hugely beneficial for the vast majority of people, however there are a few people for whom these practices will not work optimally. The first are people who are not yet ready to commit to daily practice, albeit for only about 30 minutes a day, and the second are those who suffer from schizophrenia, paranoia or other problems of this kind, for whom very particular help is required if this type of work is to be beneficial (we can recommend other suitably trained practitioners if this is the case for you).
On booking any course you will receive a booking acknowledgement and a Release From Liability form, which we ask you to complete and return to us before the start of the course.
Please note that we are unable to offer transfers or refunds less than one week before the start date of your course / workshop. If you cancel prior to this but after receipt of course material from us then you will either need to return this to us in the same condition or a deduction will be made to cover these costs.
